“Dear Janet,

You, Dr. Waite and Dr Waite’s assistant have done what none of the numerous dental offices I called today could.  First of all, you answered the phone!  Even the few dental offices advertising “emergencies welcome,” who were open today were “luke warm” at best.  There was absolutely no empathy, or possible alternatives suggested.  The best “crumb that was thrown my way” consisted of a tense, “you have got to be kidding to think Dr. is available today” tone, in which she huffed “the doctor was booked through June.”

Janet your calm and welcoming voice was as serene as the picture on this card.  You were very attentive and I was reassured I had your full focus when I shared my grown sons painful dental dilemma to you.  You were empathetic and I felt as though a “sister mother” had reached out her hand to hold mine & reassure me….Dr. Waite would be able to see Drew today!

My dentist was closed today, he did however, reassure me I was in good hands with Dr. Waite.
